Mr. Farber is the Founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Integro Healthcare Services, and is its majority shareholder.
Mr. Farber’s primary responsibilities are strategic planning and capital allocation. Rowan provides leadership and direction for business growth, service excellence, and enhancing the company’s stability and value among financial partners, property owners, and other stakeholders.
Integro is assembling a unique portfolio of assets. Since 2018, the company has added memory care skilled nursing, built an additional new memory care neighborhood adjacent to a high-end retirement community, acquired a Midwest AL/memory care portfolio, and a brand-new high acuity specialty skilled nursing facility among other additions.
He has put together an experienced diverse management team, many drawn from major companies in the healthcare industry.
His leadership took Integro/LifeHouse from a fledgling start-up to over 5,000 employees at 36 locations [which included 14 skilled nursing facilities] in 10 different states, along with a therapy company.
He has led some of the largest skilled nursing companies out of bankruptcy, effecting resolutions in the long-term care healthcare sector since 2007.
His focus on promoting the quality of life for all residents led him in 2011 to launch Dr. Cameron Camps’ Montessori dementia programs at his 12 assisted living communities. The result was a great success, as evidenced by fully occupied properties and high satisfaction among residents and families. The communities won several service awards and achieved a reputation for being best in class in the industry.
Mr. Farber was formerly Managing Director at Wharton Equity Partners. He also worked at Berenson Minella Company (LBO firm), and at Credit Suisse First Boston reporting directly to Vice Chairman.
During his tenue in investment banking, he worked on over $15 billion of financing, leveraged buyouts as well as M&A transactions for sovereign and corporate clients, including Fortune 500 companies. He helped structure some of the highest profile corporate deals on Wall Street [as rated by Institutional Investors] through expertise in analyzing assets and providing high impact solutions.
Mr. Farber earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Witwatersrand, South Africa.
