Mr. Strolic joined Integro/LifeHouse in 2010 as Director of Finance reporting to the Chief Financial Officer.
Rick is a results-oriented financial executive with extensive experience in financial analysis and reporting, system implementations, process improvements and team building. He is a proven leader and decision-maker able to achieve superior results by creating value for the business through high quality financial analysis and partnerships with community management. He has been responsible for all aspects of general ledgers, financial statements, financial analytics, financial plans, project management for fiscal and operational services.
Rick Strolic brings over thirty years of financial operations and long-term care experience to Integro where he serves as the Director of Operational Finance. His proven ability to manage people and processes has produced the lowest DSO (days sales outstanding) to date, consistent budget attainment and development of managed care processes, replicating successes he has used in previous companies.
Rick’s key strengths are in the areas of strategic planning, team building and leadership, financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting, M&A, PBJ and stimulus reporting. In addition to managing aspects of the financial processes he also designed and implemented many business intelligence tools used within the organization to improve information known to management. He has over 30 years of health care experience, twenty-six of which are in healthcare finance, SEC reporting and GAAP accounting.
Before joining LifeHouse, Rick was the Senior Director of Finance for Sunrise Senior Living and was responsible for 70 long term care facilities.
At both Sunrise and Integro, he has held responsibility for providing leadership and management of corporate functions in operations accounting and financial analytics for the portfolio.
Prior to rejoining Integro in 2022, Rick was the Director of Finance at Generations Healthcare, with 44 facilities and over $900 million in revenue. While at Generations, he managed the budgeting process, all financial analytics and formulated strategic models for M&A.
Rick serves on the California Healthcare Association’s Finance Committee.
He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from City University of New York and Master of Business Administration from Tel Aviv University.
