Rachel joined Integro in the summer of 2022. Rachel currently manages and oversees the recruiting department at Integro for all assigned facilities in portfolio. Rachel is a dynamic Talent Acquisition Leader with more than 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry. She has expertise in building programs, full cycle recruiting, leading teams, training and coaching and is known for her ability to cultivate strong relationships across all levels of an organization. Prior to joining Integro in 2022, she was the Human Resources Manager for a regional drug treatment program. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources Management from University of Maryland.
