Tracy Clark is the Chief Financial for Integro Healthcare Services and co-founded Integro/LifeHouse in 2003 and has served as CFO since 2005.
With over 40 years’ experience in financial services, he is responsible for company-wide finance, accounting, budgeting, reimbursement, and reporting. Tracy is also heavily involved in merger and acquisition analysis, project financing, and banking relations, utilizing his strong financial planning and financial analysis skills to create strong accountings controls and effective organizations structures.
He is responsible for directing all financial and business operations in addition to overseeing the company’s insurance business lines, information technology, compliance, regulatory and legal matters.
He has also been instrumental in planning and implementing improvements to the company’s operating model as well as navigating its response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
During the LifeHouse years he was also heavily involved in portfolio divestitures, a recapitalization transaction and debt refinancing.
Prior to forming LifeHouse, he served as CFO and COO for several privately held small to medium sized successful companies and has also provided start-up and management consulting for numerous successful businesses.
Mr. Clark is a former commercial lender for Iowa State Bank, where he specialized in financing start-up businesses. He also helped developed secondary markets for SBA loans and was named Banker of the Year by the U.S. Small Business Administration.
Tracy holds Bachelor of Science degrees both in Finance and Accounting from the University of Iowa.
